Mike Newhook became the first HWC Competitor to regain his Men's Overall title for a second time.

Competing in the biggest class of competitors (28) in Newfoundland's Bodybuilding history, Mike battled off 4 other men's weight division winners in the Men's Overall to repeat as champion!
