Thoughts on your HWC experience: I thought that the HWC was a beautifully run show. Things ran very smoothly, competitors did not feel rushed or pressured. The interaction between competitors backstage was fabulous. Everyone interacted on the same level and helped each other out. There was nothing but friendly competition and encouragement from everyone. The organizers could not have done a better job. A first class show all the way! The presence of Melvin Anthony backstage made the whole event worthwhile! To see such an awesome pro bodybuilder up close and personal was amazing. His seminar was the most entertaining and informative thing I've attended in a long time. His posing routine will be forever talked about!
Any other comments you'd like to share.ie dieting, training, etc: If you compete more than once you learn that dieting is not always the same each time. Your mindset may be different, your body may react differently, any number of things. Having done it three times now, I have learned things that work, and don't work, for me. Always think of competing as a learning experience. Most of all, have fun while your are preparing for a show. It can be the most rewarding experience of your life.

Thoughts on your HWC experience: The HWC was one of the greatest experiances of my life. I can't believe the great feeling of accomplishment I attained from the event! All the help provided by the organizers was invaluable, and I couldn't have done near as much without it. The show was organized wonderfully, and went off with-out a hitch (which is surprising as it was the first one!). I give my kudo's to everyone who was involved, and recommend anyone and everyone to give this a shot! I definately will again in the future!
Any other comments you'd like to share.ie dieting, training, etc:
While dieting with such low carbohydrates your mental health is somewhat diminished, so I would definately recommend some sort of nootropic be added to the supplement regimin, as well as products like AL-CAR, etc... I competed during final exams, and that was one rough week!
