Any other comments you’d like to share…ie dieting, training, etc:
I think there is no big secret to devellop a good competitive physique, just fallow the basics ...
In the off season, I never gain too much bodyfat, I am a strong believer and I proved it in the past that you can gain lots of muscle without eating and bulking  heavily. I used to gain lots of fat in the off season...well, the more you gain fat, the harder you'll have to work to get back in shape.... and it won't make you gain more muscle....

Here are some basic points that I apply to myself :

- Read and Learn all you can about nutrition. this is the key to good gains.
- Eat Clean all year long (Allow yourself a good cheat once or twice a week)
- Eat every 2 to 3 hours
- Drink lots of water
- Change your training routine every 2 months (work with different weight, reps, intensity,etc...)
- Do cardio ALL YEAR LONG (I do 3-4 times a week, 30 mins in HIIT)
-BE CONSISTANT !
- Get to know yourself more everyday

When it comes to training and nutrition, I think we all need to experiment and figure out what works for you, we are all different and unique... what may work for someone may not work for someone else... but the basics will always be the same.

If there is one more advice I can give, when you prepare for a contest, that would be to get yourself a good, experimented trainer/nutritonist. It is important to always have someone to boost you and get a honest look at you in this very hard period of time...and remember : DEDICATION + GOOD NUTRITION + HARD WORK = SUCCESS
