The HWC Ladies' Figure Competition is open to Ladies' from all across Newfoundland and Labrador. The event consist of a prejudging portion where the competitors are brought out on stage in their respective height classes (short and tall classes) and asked to perform the mandatory quarter turn poses as a group. All poses and judging criteria is based upon the rules of the IFBB, the international federation governing amateur bodybuilding worldwide. All scoring and placing is done during the prejudging competition.

	The prejudging will consist of two judged rounds. In round number one the competitors will wear the plain black two peice suit. In round number two the competitors will wear a one peice suit, their choice of colour. Both rounds will consist of posing as a group for the mandatory quarter turns.
During the Night show finals the competiors will wear the fancy two peice suit. Jewelery is allowed, but not in excessive amounts. Heels should be warn as long as they meet the criteria as listed in the IFBB and CBBF Rules and Regulations

HWC Rules and Regulations
The HWC is a NLABBA sanctioned event, therefore it follows the rules and regulations set out by the IFBB and the CBBF Organizations.
