Frank is Newfoundland's FIRST IFBB Professional Bodybuilder. Frank received his Pro Card after winning the 2003 CBBF Canadian Nationals Overall.

Frank's first ever Guest Posing took place at the 2004 HWC Night Show Finals. There was alot of anticipation in the crowd to see Frank pose, as many Newfoundlanders had never seen him on stage other than during the 2000 NLABBA Provincials, where he placed 1st in the Overall.
